Mrs Joanne Owen BSc (Est Man) FRICS
Joanne Owen has practised in the West Wales Area for in excess of 23 years.
Joanne specialises in the commercial and residential sector. She is past Chairman of the RICS West Wales Sub Branch and sits on the board of directors of PBI.

P.Anthony Owen Bsc (Est Man) FRICS
Anthony Owen has worked in West Wales since 1983. He is past Chairman of both the RICS West Wales Sub Branch and RICS South Wales Rural Practice Division. He is also Chairman of the CLA Dyfed Branch.
He specialises in Rural Estate Management, Farm and Land Sales, Compulsory Purchase work and Tax Planning.

Jonathan Bury BSc. Hons. MRICS FAAV
Jonathan attended the University of Reading where he studied for a BSc. Hons. Degree in Rural Land Management and graduated in 2005. Following this he worked as an Assistant for a regional firm in the Midlands, during which time he became a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) in 2009 and qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in the same year.
Jonathan’s main areas of work are Rural Estate Management, Landlord and Tenant work, renewable energy, environmental schemes, valuations, residential property lettings and management, compulsory purchase and compensation claims, access and easements.

Miss Victoria Prescott BSc. Hons. MRICS
Victoria graduated with a BSc Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2009 from Harpers Adams University College, her course included a placement year. Following this she worked as an Assistant for a regional firm in the south-west, during which time she qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Victoria's main areas of work are Rural Estate Management, Landlord and Tenant work, Environmental Schemes, Residential Letting and Management and Rural Planning.
